Bubble Headache

Arizona is HOT....especially when you are on an energy saving plan with the electric company. It is not very pleasant at our house from about 3-6 every day because those are our "peak house" and we shut off all major appliances, including the AC. It gets to be about 90° by 5:00 - whew. It does save is $$ though. Last month we saved about $60 with the plan!

Anyhow - we do baths about 5:00 to help pass the time in the hotness. Bry had bought me nice bubble bath a while ago that actually smells like roses (like my middle name - he is so thoughtful) I decided to let the boys have a fun bath and oh did they! They loved it!!!

Carter would clap the bubbles so they would fly everywhere. It was SO cute and so much fun, until I realized that the scent was giving me a horrible headache.

So - no more rose bubble baths from me, but they sure enjoyed it. I love these boys!

Oh I hate energy plans. If you don't turn on your unit later on once power is restored to meet temp again then its worth it but when I worked for an hvac company we learned it cost people more money because it would have to run 2-4 hours longer in the evening to meet temp. When we moved into the house I made them come and take ours off and I complained when they didn't do it in the time frame promised. I also hate Rocky mtn power out here because of many work related reasons. They don't care about people or customer service. I don't know how you beat the heat... you're brave!
