Maylee started rice cereal. The doc wanted her on it sooner than later since preemies are more suseptable to being anemic and the extra iron in the cereal should help. So....we gave it a shot.
Here is getting ready....wondering what in the world was coming with the camera and video camera in her face. She is getting so big sitting in her little chair!
She more or less "sucked" it off the spoon, but hey - she ate it. She is supposed to have 1-2 teaspoons a day. So far so good. She spits some of it out, especially if it is too thick, but overall she does well.
A smile is always good after the mush!
Our little girl is getting so big.
She has an I love Daddy bib and an I love Mommy bib....Bry picked this one for her first mush meal!

Ok, so what kind of chair is that? I keep seeing them in people's pics and I would have loved one of those when Charlotte was a baby. We always had to feed her sitting on our laps which resulted in even bigger messes. She hated her bouncer and by then didn't like her swing anymore. I would love something like that for when we have another
We'll have to have you over some time. We've got a cold right now but maybe when we get over it?
