Happy Mother's Day to me...a few weeks early! Bry bought this vacuum for me a couple weeks ago.
Long story short....we have had the same Hoover for seven...going on eight years now. It has served us well, but after having the Kirby man come to our house and show me how much dirt was still here for my baby girl to crawl around on I almost shelled out the $1,200 he offered me for the newest and shiniest Kirby. (He started asking something like $2,400) BUT - we waited. I couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money. I went back and forth. Bry said I could have it...but we let it go. Turns out a man at church owns a vacuum store and gets Kirbys in all the time! He got a SWEET deal on this little baby...and the best part....I LOVE how it cleans my hard floors. It makes sweeping SO much better....AND my husband loves to vacuum and went to town the night we got it!
Good things come to those who wait...and we have a lot more money in our bank account because we waited- thank goodness!!! My house feeeels cleaner with the presence of this little baby!

I'm so excited for you! We actually just bought one of those and it sounds like you got a better deal - yea for you. I still haven't told any of our family we spent that kind of money on a vaccuum but I LOVE it!
We had a guy come to our house too a couple years back. Man, it was hard to let him leave without us buying it. But we had just bought a Dyson and we loved that vacuum. But I am so excited for you guys! What a fun Mother's Day present!!
