Well, we had our very first trip to the beach together as a family. This was the first time Andrew has been to the beach! I was not too excited to be going with a new baby and as stark white and post pregnant as I am, but I didn't want to miss Andrew's first time....so we lugged our stuff to the sand and enjoyed the afternoon!
Andrew was a little nervous about the water, but was okay if Bry was holding him. I was partly glad that he didn't love the water because it meant he would not go running into it! He did LOVE the sand though!!! He was quite the happy camper and Bry was so good about playing with him and building castles. Too cute!
I spent most of the day holding Carter in a chair while he slept...thus resulting in some VERY BURNT legs, but only on the front! I am red on the front (with some white splotches from Andrew's sunscreen) and white as a cloud on the back! It was quite lovely for Carter's blessing the following day.
We had a wonderful day and Andrew had a blast with his cousins!

It's hard taking a baby to the beach huh? I am not to sure how often I want to do it this summer! Glad you had a good time! Carter looks so handsome in his blessing outfit! Where did you get it? I couldn't find anything without crosses on it...I had to order Ryan's online.
Yes- Andrew and Jared would do very well together at the beach- it makes things easier when they are not a fan of the water!!
