Carter is now officially 18 months old as of November 8th! I can hardly believe it, but I have to say that I am so in love with this child and the age he is at right now. He is so much fun and just adorable.
He went to nursery all by himself this past Sunday, instead of me staying in there with him and he did great. Not one tear! This was the only picture I got of him before we headed out the door to church.
For some reason he loves the bumbo chair. It is so funny to watch him sit down in it.
The kid has a sweet tooth. His current obsession is suckers. He turns into a sticky mess, but they make him so happy.
I made cupcakes on Monday night to celebrate his birthday. The colors are not the best, but the icing was oh so divine. I tried a new method I learned from ourbestbites.com (my favorite recipe blog) and it turned out pretty good. I need to get the whisk attachment for my kitchen aid and I think it will be better.
Carter still naps everyday for about 2-3 hours. He loves to be rocked with his noise maker on and blankie. I love it when he lays his sweet little head on my shoulder and falls asleep.
He is starting to talk. If you ask him what he wants he will say "this" and point. He signs please all the time and I think I caught him saying ball and bubble. He will meow like a cat and bark like a dog if you remind him.
He loves to read books and is getting quite fond of Baby Einstein.
He gives kisses on command and spontanously, which are the best. They are closed mouth with a bit of a lip pucker - LOVE IT!
Andrew and Carter love to play chase, especially at night after bath time. I love to hear them giggle together.
Carter has some seriously fuzzy hair. After the shower or bath and I dry it...it looks like this....

Who isn't in love with this child!? Your just drawn to him I think. And that last picture of him he sooo looks like you!!! That fuzzy hair comes from you Meg haha. Adorable child.
Oh my goodness he looks like such a little man in that last picture on the left! I can't believe how old our little babies are getting!
Ry loves the Bumbo too, it cracks me up!
