The Glorious Age of Four

Drew turned 4 on December 7th!!! Amazingly enough he has changed SO much with turning four. It was like he decided he needed to grow up just a little too much too fast! Potty training is progressing - he has decided he loves his big boy bed - progress with eating. I want to know who said he was allowed to make all these changes in the same month? We just adore this little boy so much and are SO blessed and grateful he is a part of our family.

We were able to celebrate his birthday a little while my parents were in town for Thanksgiving. He had a blast opening his presents.

 

He had to close his eyes while my mom brought out the big bear. It was so funny and he was so excited.

 

We did a little party for him on his birthday at our house with my sisters here. Since he doesn't really like cake, but loves popcorn...I made him kettle corn and cake balls.

I also used a bit of a cake to make a real cake so he could blow out his candle.

 

Shelley and I enjoyed this little cake the next day.......oh heavenly! I have fallen in love with rainbow chip frosting.

Happy Birthday Andrew! We love you so much and can't wait to see what this next year of your life will bring. You are so full of life, energy, love, determination, surprises, and joy. You are one in a million and we are so glad you are you!
