I have been trying to teach Andrew the difference between cold and hot...I still don't think he has it quite yet. Anyhow - anytime I am cooking and am in the oven I get out my mits and tell Andrew "hot", he proceeds to back away and most of the time he then runs to the doorway to get as far from the oven as possible. Well, today I had made garlic toast to go with lasagna (yumm!) When I was done I called him over to see if he wanted to wear th
e mits. When he saw them he says "hot" - it was just so cute. He thought it was pretty fun to wear them like mom and be able to stand by the oven. I love my little man!

Those look like great oven mitts! Andrew is just so darn cute! Jared likes to "box" in mine as well!
