Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme Bread Machine

Thank you Mom and Dad once again!! This is the gift that keeps on giving. I have to say I love, love, love this breadmaker!!!!!! I first heard about it on the message board on Coupon Sense and have since realized the glory in this machine. I know there is something to say about homemade bread with the kneading, rising, etc...but this makes amazing bread without all the mess! I use the dough setting and then bake it off myself (we are not a fan of the thick, hard breadmaker crust). You just put in the ingredients and let her go...it even beeps a little into the cycle so you can add any extras to the bread if you feel so inclined. This little baby also makes jam, cakes, etc. We used it tonight and I altered the pizza dough recipe and added some extra spices, rolled it out, filled it with chicken, homemade enchilada sauce, and cheese, formed it into a loaf and baked to perfection.....YUMMO!!!! A great addition to any kitchen I must say!
