I made these little beauties on Sunday.
They were divine!
The ones with brown sugar were filled with caramel sauce - YUM!
The ones with chocolate sprinkles had a peanut butter and marshmallow filling - AMAZING!

I have joined the bandwagon of loving cupcakes. I love to look at them, watch shows about them, make them...and of course eat them. I find it somewhat therapeutic and oh so rewarding to bake and make these little cakes in a cup.
I made these little beauties on Sunday.
The others were plain, but still so tasty. Drew prefers the icing and I can't blame him!

Those look so yummy. I can't remember the last time I made cupcakes but I'm making some tonight for a relief society thing. I wanted to do hershey's perfectly chocolate cake recipe but I think I might go with red velvet and a vanilla cream cheese frosting and filling. I've never made filled ones before so I hope they turn out! I just saw this thing online on how to fill it but cutting a cone out of the middle instead of just piping it in so there is more filling. Should be fun! I should have waited to read your post until later. It's almost 8am and I want cupcakes :)
Mmmmm, can I come live with you so you can make me cupcakes. I'm not a huge fan of cake, but with peanut butter filling, it sounds delish!!
