Good Thing He's Cute!

Time for a Carter Cakes update I suppose.

He can count to twelve on his own and it is adorable!

He knows all of his colors. 

Sees Rice Crispies on the counter and says in the cutest way imagineable.....shooooga....(sugar).

He now tries to get out of his naps. Once he knows it it time he runs to his chair and says "num num" meaning he wants to eat even though he already ate lunch and when we get in his room he says "dink" desparate for a drink or anything that will get him out of going to sleep. BUT he is tired. He falls asleep within 10 minutes of rocking.......(I started this post a while ago and things have changed. I no longer rock the little munchkin to sleep. We do our songs, talk about his day, and I put him in bed and he goes to sleep on his own - so nice!)

The tantrums have begun and they are not cute.

His talking and vocabulary have started to explode and it is so fun! I love listening to him jabber and really talk.

He is pretty good at riding his tricycle and I have a feeling as the weather cools down (hopefully it will...sometime soon) he will get really good at it!

I quit the whole giving him a hair cut thing and lo and behold he actually looks like he has hair now! I love it!

He likes to have his sandwiches cut by cookie cutter into a bunny shape and devours the whole thing (most of the time)

He knows A is for Andrew and C is for Carter...as well as a couple misc letters like S, U, O, and B.

He now goes into nursery without a tear shed. A kiss for mom and off he goes!
