Therapy Day 15

We made it - Fifteen days of therapy and my little superhero who has come so far! He was a fighter until the end and made it through! I was able to stay through just about the entire last session. It was so neat to see all the things Drew did everyday. He truly worked SO hard...lots of smiling, laughing, but just as much if not more crying, fighting, and pushing. This little man is amazing. I am so grateful for Now I Can and all they were able to do for Drew. He can now lean back on his arms, dorsiflex his left ankle, walk down stairs, weightbear on his left foot, walk with his feel first with reminders, supinate his left arm without using his right arm to help...and I could go on. We have a fabulous home therapy program that I am excited to stick to. The plan is to go again next summer....fingers crossed this all sticks. He is definitely more functional with the use of his left side!!!!
