Cooling Down

I am grateful for cooler weather. I am so glad the summer heat is finally coming to the end and the nights are getting cooler. Tonight we were able to go and watch Bry play football...outside....from about 7:45-9:30 and it was lovely. I visited with Shell while Carter and Andrew played and played. I didn't even mind that they were getting oh so dirty in the baseball diamond dirt even after they had already had their baths and were in their jammies (well, I minded at first, but got over it). We had such a nice time just being outside and enjoying one another. The night would have been a titch better if our team would have won, but it was still a wonderful night! I am so glad cooler weather is here....bring on the pants, sweaters, and hats!
