Work early. Drew sleeping on the floor in our room. Drew up at 5:45 and back to bed until 7. House cleaning. Therapy at 9. Doc appt at 11:30. Went to the wrong office. Back home for lunch. No naps for the kids. Back to the right doc office at 2. Almost our of gas, but had to get it after the appt so I am not late. Need to feed Maylee more so she gains more weight. Two shots. No good nap since Maylee slept in the car. Dinner with Bry. Boys to bed. Maylee up until 9:15. Bry finally home. Delicious hot caramel apple cider. So tired. Still need to work. Pillow calling my name.
Today I am SO grateful for a tiny little thumb on the right hand of my sweet little peanut. She is learning to suck it in the car which means less screaming while we drive. The silence (mingled with children's songs and yo gabba gabba) is a beautiful thing. I am hoping this trend continues......our Thanksgiving travel plans are quickly approaching and it would be nice to do so without a lot of tears.
