Slow Cookin'

I am thankful for my crockpot. I love it. I love that I can put a meal together in the morning (and sometimes the night before) and just let it go. It sits and simmers and makes my house smell divine! It is a wonderful invention. Anything that makes dinner planning and prep easier gets a gold star by me. I am so excited for this cooler weather....which means more warm crockpot meals! Yum!
